Colombia boasts a wide range of climates and geopraphic conditions that, in turn, produce their own unique flavors of coffee. It is becoming more common for farmers to isolate the highest quality beans in their lots to market separately. These higher-quality lots are often sold under specific brands or stories and are the beans Curacao Island Coffee Roasters is buying for our Curacao market.

While Ethiopia is famous as coffee's birthplace, today it remains a specialty coffee industry darling for its incredible variety of flavors. While full traceability has been difficult in recent history, new regulations have made direct purchasing possible. We're partnering directly with farmers to help them produce top quality specialty lots that are now completely traceable, adding value for farmers.
